No shows: If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment then you will still be responsible for 100% of your appointment total. Ex. If your treatment was $100 you are responsible to pay that before booking another appointment.
Late fees: I have had an increased number of clients showing up late and in order to ensure we have enough time for your full appointment without compromising another clients time with me, all clients must be on time for their scheduled appointments. if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment late fees will be applied in addition to the initial cost of the appointment. Late fees will be applied at a rate of $3.00 for every minute after your scheduled appointment time. If you have not arrived 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and applicable late fees and no show fees will be applied to your account and must be paid before another appointment can be booked.
Cancellations: My business is dependent on clients arriving on time for their scheduled appointments. However, I understand and appreciate that sometimes life creates unforeseen circumstances that may occur which requires the need to cancel, or reschedule and appointment. I kindly ask that if such circumstances arise that you cancel or reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hours notice so that another client may benefit during that time. Cancelling your appointment with less than 24 hr notice will result in a cancellation fee being applied to your account in an amount equal to the total amount of your appointment. This fee is due at time of cancellation and must be paid before another appointment can be schedule.
