No shows & Cancellations: All appointment cancellations must be done with 48 hours notice. No show's and appointment cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to pay the full cost of the missed appointment immediately, and will not be rebooked until payment is received. Road conditions/ extreme weather will be exempt from this policy at the discretion of Skinsational. Appointment reminders are sent out as follows: 3 days prior you will receive an appointment reminder via email.
48 hours prior you will receive an appointment reminder via text. This is your last opportunity to cancel without a cancellation fee.
Lastly, 12 hours before you will receive an appointment reminder via text. 
Please ensure your contact information is up to date in the booking app.

Late fees: In order to ensure we have enough time for your full appointment, without compromising another clients time with me, all clients must be on time for their scheduled appointments. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment late fees will be applied in addition to the initial cost of the appointment. Late fees will be applied at a rate of $3.00 for every minute after your scheduled appointment time. If you have not arrived 10 minutes after  your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and applicable late fees and no show fees will be applied to your account and must be paid before another appointment can be booked.

Frequent Cancellations: We understand that life happens and you may have to cancel your appointment last minute. However, if this happens frequently, after your third last minute cancellation we will decline future bookings until we are better able to line up our schedules. 

Appointment Readiness: It is of extreme importance that you show up ready for your appointment. This means you have followed all pre-appointment preparation if required. If you show up unprepared for your appointment and Skinsational is unable to provide services, you will be responsible for paying for your appointment in full and rebooking for a later date. 

Sick Policy: If you are experiencing illness of any sort, you must cancel your appointment. If you show up for an appointment sick, you will be required to leave and pay for your appointment in full prior to rebooking.

Appointment Guests: Please arrive for your appointment alone. Due to the nature of our appointments we ask that you do not bring a guest with you to your appointment.  Clients who are minors are permitted to bring a parent with them. Children who are not receiving a treatment are not permitted to accompany you to your appointment due to insurance policies. No exceptions.

Covid 19: If you or anyone you live with has any of the following: symptoms of covid 19, a positive test result, is waiting on test results, or you have been deemed a close contact with someone who has covid 19, you must reschedule your appointment. All persons travelling outside of Canada must wait 14 days from the date of return before making an appointment with Skinsational. Prior to your appointment please complete our health screen. Those clients who have received their covid 19 vaccine or flu shot must wait a minimum of 2 weeks post vaccine before booking a sauna appointment. 

Payment: At Skinsational we accept the following forms of payment: visa, mastercard, debit, apple pay, google pay and cash. Effective January 1st, 2022, we no longer accept email money transfer (EMT) as a form of payment. 
All appointments must be paid in full at the time of the appointment. No exceptions.





                  These policies will be implemented for each and every circumstance, with no exceptions.
